When submitting your request, please provide:

1. Your registered email address

2. Your order number(s) if applicable

3. A clear statement that you want your personal data to be deleted

We will verify your identity and process your deletion request within 30 calendar days. After confirmation, your personal data will be permanently removed from our system, except for data we are required to retain to comply with legal obligations, tax and accounting rules, or unresolved disputes.

Once your data is deleted, you will no longer be able to access your account, order history or submitted reviews. This action cannot be reversed.
